1. Scope of the Document

1.1 www.bookmyhotels.co.in (referred in different sections of the document as the ‘Agent’), is the subsidiary of PFMH Travel Solutions Private Limited . owner of several booking portals offering exclusive travel services, (referred herein the ‘online portal’) and all related partner websites, operating global booking service for hotel reservations, hotel deals and equivalent accommodations in budget hotels and luxury hotels categories, and travel services (e.g. holiday homes), known in the document as ‘ACCOMMODATIONS/ACCOMMODATION/HOTEL/HOTELS’. All the 3rd Party Service Providers in the document shall alternatively be referred to as SERVICE PROVIDER or PROVIDER.

1.2 The (General Terms and Conditions) GTCs are appropriate for non-binding enquiries made fordiscount and budget hotel rooms while the binding bookings are executed for accommodation from the agent’s online portal. Moreover, the accommodations booked by means of the agent’s online portal are managed by the means of the online booking systems carried on the agent’s partners, as and when required.

1.3 All such GTCs are applicable in the situations wherein, the users who intends to book cheap hotels, or hotel reservations or look out for the hotel deals do not adjust to the other general terms and conditions. Such general terms and conditions have no acceptability in the event where the agent is offering services such as discount & budget hotel rooms, affordable hotel rooms in India etc. despite the awareness of prevailing conditions of the Users/Visitors, unless explicitly assented to the situation.
